Sedgwick Ranch House

Structural Focus teamed with KSMA to provide structural engineering services for the building renovation, consisting of a seismic upgrade to meet University of California Seismic Policy Level III and the removal of some interior bearing walls to accommodate a new space plan. The ranch house serves as housing quarters for researchers, faculty, and other professionals whose work requires stays at the reserve.
