UTA Bungalows

UTA Bungalows is a reimagined office campus in Beverly Hills, supporting collaboration and innovation.

Working alongside architect RIOS, Structural Focus provided structural engineering services for repurposing the 60,000-SF bungalow complex into a dynamic workplace featuring creative office space, private offices, screening rooms, a kitchen and café, flexible indoor-outdoor gathering spaces, and integrated mezzanine levels. Structural design included steel cantilever framing to support free-standing architectural elements, plus the addition of two new mezzanines and an elevator. The renovation and tenant improvement integrates modern functionality within the existing structures while preserving the character of the campus.
