Specialty Laboratories

Structural Focus provided full structural engineering services of a new 200,000-SF laboratory building consolidating the Specialty Laboratories facilities under one roof. The building is a three- story structural steel braced frame and houses all functions including administrative offices, warehousing, accessioning, process labs, and more. The project also included a separate central plant structure. The facility was designed to achieve an increased level of seismic performance.
