Project details

Structural Focus is providing its structural engineering services for the renovation and seismic retrofit of ROW DTLA Building 2. This building is one of three 100-year-old warehouses in the 30-acre industrial complex formerly known as the Arts District’s landmark Alameda Square. The 1918 building is approximately 620 feet by 100 feet in plan and includes six stories plus a full basement. This mixed-use commercial development is part of a two-million-square-foot campus consisting of creative offices, green spaces, shops, and restaurants.
