Project details

Structural Focus provided peer review services for the design of a new, 6-story hotel building on the waterfront of Charleston, South Carolina. The structure has large column-free spaces for convention, amenities, restaurants, and retail programming. The foundation consisted of complex systems designed to resist the waterfront wind load hazards and soil conditions.
